Phyllian the platypus came from Agent P's DNA. Due to Doofenshmirtz's several experiments, this platypus was accidentally made into a female. She's the leader of the army of Doofenshmirtz, Agent P cannot defeat Phyllian because she's way more powerful than him. It's impossible for her to beat according to the author. She has the moves and techniques like Agent P. They are exactly the same.
