Phineas and Ferb read a book about Winnie the Pooh until Tigger bounces and the book sucks up Phineas, Ferb, and Candace. Later, the gang try to make a lasso and ties it to the book but Tigger bounces both the letters and the gang. They start making it again while Candace bounces like Tigger until he comes and Bounces on her. Candace orders him to get off which makes Tigger mad and the book turns upside down and flies toward D.E.I. then the book sucks up Perry and Doofenshmirtz and this starts over again.
The end credits show letters from the book and Tigger keeps bouncing on them while Phineas, Ferb, Candace try to stop him. when the Go Away-Inator hits the letters and Tigger they both disappear. The inator also hit Phineas, Ferb, and Candace.
