Peter Jackson Thummers, or PJ Thummers, is the next-door neighbor of Phineas and Ferb. He is their age and somet imes helps in their big ideas. He is also homeschooled.

He is Buford's unnamed nerd from Hip Hip Parade. He usually wears a red shirt and tan shorts, with black shoes with a hole on the top, showing his socks. He has light brown hair and blue eyes.

PJ can speak in different accents, such as:

- Indian (learned shortly after Hip Hip Parade)

- British
- French
He is also slightly athletic and smart enough to be classified as a nerd by Buford. He also is great with computers and can spell lots of words- even ones he doesn't know the definition for- such as "ethical".
