Early Life[]
Kara was born in Mexico. She DOES NOT BEAR ANY RELATION TO ISABELLA GARCIA-SHAPIRO!!!! At the age of three, she and her parents moved to Danville. Her parents died when she was too young to remember. She spent a year in the Danville orphanage, where she made two older friends: Winnie Foster, who was ten, and Pepper Smith, who was thirteen. She was eventually adopted by the Flynn-Fletchers.
Traits and Personality []
Kara tends to be shy, hiding behind an annoyed Winnie on first sight of the Flynn-Fletchers. She is curious and sometimes a little annoying. She likes to read what she calls "older books", meaning Because of Winn Dixie, Little Women, and Anne of Green Gables.
Physical Appearance[]
Kara has tan-colored skin, short brown pigtails, a blank magenta T-shirt, blue jean shorts, and magenta sneakers. She has hazel eyes.
Relationships[]
Phineas Flynn[]
She trusts him a lot. She hid behind him when Isabella, Buford, Irving, and Baljeet enter the yard. She tries to help with inventions.
Ferb Fletcher[]

Isabella thinks Kara's cute. Kara thinks Isabella's pretty.
Baljeet Tjinder[]
Kara likes Baljeet because he is from a different country like her.

Kara is terrified of him because he stalks her family. She considers him a creepy stalker who should be avoided.
Perry the Platypus[]
