Grand Theft Phineas:Tri-State Area has three dramatically different endings: "Kill Ferb", "Kill Phineas & Isabella" & "Payback". This page lists the events of all endings.
Before the Endings

"So, Ricky? Are you gonna, A. Listen to some British dude that doesn't talk much and is flirting with a girl that's 4 years older than him, who happens to be a daughter of my associate, Heinz Doofenshmirtz? Or B. My arch-nemesises, Phineas & Angelica? Who I keep mistaking the name of the latter, as you just heard. Or C? Try and be really stupid to save those idiot friends of yours and have everybody in the Goddamn Tri-State-Area crawling up your butt. A, B or C? Time's ticking, pal, beep-beep-beep, and your answer is? Well, you obviously haven't decided yet. So choose, and hurry!" |

At one point late in the game, Candace gets infected with cancer and is taken to the hospital, thus removing the ability to play as her. Then, Heinz Doofenshmirtz orders Ricky Fletcher to kill Ferb, as he's been hitting on his daughter, Vanessa. Later on, Brendan asks Ricky to kill Phineas & Isabella for ruining his plans. Ricky (the main player) then has to choose which of his friends he is going to kill, or if he wants to save all of them, and get rid of Doof & Brendan's evil schemes, ultimately killing the latter. The player can no longer play as Ferb if he picks choice A, ditto for Phineas & Isabella for picking choice B.

If the player chooses to kill Phineas & Isabella, the mission "The Time's Come" will commence. Ricky sets up a meeting with Phineas & Isabella and calls Ferb for assistance, but Ferb refuses, saying that he doesn't want to be a "bad guy" and he's "moving on with Vanessa". Ricky calls Adam, who accepts.
Adam & Ricky confronts Phineas & Isabella wishing to discuss their parents situation. Adam & Ricky meets Phineas & Isabella and is seen taking a phone call from their daughter. She tells them that she & Alan are now engaged and is going to university together, which Phineas & Isabella replies to positively and tells her that they're proud of her and wishes her luck with Alan. Adam feels proud after hearing this and so does Ricky, but Adam accidentally drops his pistol, causing Phineas & Isabella to realize that Brendan has put Ricky up to this.

If the player chooses to save Ricky's friends and consult Adam for help, the mission "The Third Way" will commence.
